This Carriage home is located in the Wedgewood Golf Village on the 13th fairway with beautiful views of the golf course and spectacular sunsets. You will love the brightness brought in by the vaulted ceilings and the open floor plan with a spacious 2100 square feet of living area.
The master suite has a top of the line Simmons king size super pillow top bed for luxurious comfort every night. The master bath has a double vanity with a walk in shower and a separate tub if you prefer to enjoy a bath.
The second bedroom has equal comfort with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom all designed to give guests maximum comfort and privacy. The den may serve as a 3rd bedroom if necessary with a queen pull out sleeper.
The Restaurant and Tiki Bar have excellent take out menus; however, if you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped!
The oversize garage allows easy access to the house and has plenty of storage space for golf clubs, bicycles, beach chairs & rafts, etc.
As guests of the Wedgewood Golf Village you will have access to all of the Lexington Country Club amenities as well as preferred tee times, access to our two heated swimming pools besides the two big ones by the clubhouse and Island Club. Enjoy a morning walk around the 1 mile jogging trail around the beautiful 5 acre twin lakes adjacent to the Island Club and Nature Preserve.
Improve your golf game at our Driving Range & Practice Area. Be sure to take a few golf & tennis lessons or join a clinic offered by our Professional Instructors.
