Adorable carriage house in Watercolor! This charming carriage house is perfect for a couple or a small family. There is one full size bedroom with a queen bed, and a wonderful sleeping loft complete with shipladder and a built-in queen bed. The bathroom is a nice size with a large walk-in shower complete with dual shower heads.
Just completed in 2008 this cottage is outfitted with high end finishes and plenty of attention to detail. Steps away from the famous Watercolor Phase III Frog Pool and all of the wonderful walking and biking trails that Watercolor is famous for. You will have full access to the Watercolor beach club and free bikes to whiz you there in no time!
The shipladder to the loft can be dangerous for small kids, so we are not accepting children under the age of 8.
