One of Northwest Lower Michigan's pristine spots, Long Lake is only eight miles from Traverse City shopping and dining. The lake, five miles long with sandy shores and five islands, is one of the best fishing and sports lakes. Nestled on pristine Long Lake, Birchwood Cove offers a perfect spot for a summer vacation in a park-like setting. Towering oak, beech, and pine trees provide a beautiful spot for a picnic or afternoon nap.
Each cottage can sleep up to six adults, with two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Beach amenities include firepit, private renters' dock, swim platform, use of row boat, shallow sandy beach in quiet cove at the south end of the lake. The beach front is shared between all rentals. Each cabin includes use of a charcoal grill and picnic table. Kitchens are fully-equipped including microwave and coffee pot. Recently remodeled bathrooms. Linens and towels NOT included.
Situated close to Traverse City and nearby Interlochen Arts Academy. Grocery store and laundromat in close proximity.
