A ski trip to the classic western town of Steamboat Springs is completely amazing with a stay in this beautiful large custom home that features 6 LARGE Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms, a massive Great Room, Game Room with Billiards Table / Ping Pong Table, and Wonderful Views of the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Ski Area! This lodge is great to come home to after a day around town or out exploring the slopes, the national forests, the 3 wilderness areas, the two state parks, or the Yampa River. The home is located in a peaceful, quiet subdivision just 1 mile from the Thunderhead Express Lift, and 1.5 miles from the Gondola Base!
Here are the basic specs & amenities:
7,300 Square Feet! 6+ Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms on 2 Levels. 2 King beds, 3 Queens & 3 Twins. There are Hardwood Floors throughout the Great Room, Dining Rooms, & Kitchen, Soft & Comfortable Carpet everywhere else. A Huge Kitchen fit for several Chefs with Mahogany Cabinetry, Granite Slab Counters, Large Sub Zero Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezer, Viking Stainless Steel 6 Burner Gas Range, Double Ovens even a Walk In Pantry. There are high end, comfortable furnishings & linens throughout the home. Large Screen HDTVs & DVD for watching sports, TV, or movies. The Main Living Room features 30 Foot Ceilings, HDTV, 4 Foot Wide Gas Fireplace, Leather Furniture, and a Wall of Windows for enjoying that incredible view of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Yampa Valley! The Game Room has a Pool Table with Full Size Ping Pong Table top and all accessories for playing either game. It also has a bar, another large screen HDTV, and a large wood burning fireplace.

Starting outside you have a 2-Car Garage and plenty of additional parking space if you have up to 8 vehicles. Also, and more importantly, you have a private Hot Tub with the same incredible views that you find throughout the property.
Let's go inside! Main Level:
Enter on the lower level of 2, and you have the main living room, the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 2 master suites, and an extra 1/2 bath.
In the living room portion you will find very comfy leather furniture, over-sized natural gas fireplace, and Large Screen HDTV. The dining room is just off the kitchen, and seats 8-12 people with multiple leafs & extra chairs available. The kitchen is so big that it accommodates another dining room for 6. There are also bar seats! The kitchen itself is fit for a chef. This means a 6-Burner Stainless Steel Viking Gas Range with Jenn-Air center feature, Dual Ovens, Granite Counters, Massive Sub Zero Fridge/Freezer, and every utensil, dish & glass you could want.
Go past the Kitchen & Dining Room and you'll find one of the 6 Master Suites with private bathrooms. This one has a Queen bed. Keep going and you'll find the main King Master Suite. The distinguishing feature here is that you have an HDTV, Wood Burning Fireplace, Jacuzzi Tub, Walk In Shower, and more space than the other large bedrooms.
Lets go UPSTAIRS next:
Here you will find 3 large & spacious Bedrooms, the Game Room, and 3.5 Bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have a full bathroom and ski area/valley views. Two of these rooms feature Queen Beds, and one has a King. There are also several spare rooms on this upper level that are not true, private bedrooms, and these can be used for any combination of the 3 Twin Beds. At the end of the hallway upstairs you'll find steps down to the Private Hot Tub.
