Centrally located, convenient to shopping, & skiing, yet on a quiet street.

Layout & Virtual Tour:
Starting out back you have a 3-Car Garage and plenty of additional parking space if you have snowmobile or other trailers. For all of you cross country & skate skiers, the back of the property borders protected land that leads right to the Steamboat Ski Touring Center trail system. It's also a great, safe place for the kids to play.
Main Level:
Enter the middle level and you have the great room with 35 foot vaulted ceilings and a natural rock wood-burning fireplace that goes all the way up and beyond.
In the living room portion of the great room you will find comfy furniture, western style, and TV/DVD. The dining room is also part of the great room and seats 10 people with views of the ski area. There is also room for a desk, perfect for your laptop to cruise the internet on high-speed wireless.
Just outside you have a large deck that includes a big Hot Tub, gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and again, amazing views of the slopes!
One one side of the great room you have the large, open, fully equipped kitchen with new, yest rustic/old fashioned looking appliances decked out in chrome & black. There is also a secondary dining table here for 4 to 6 and a fax machine for you workaholics! The kitchen also connects to the laundry, a full bathroom, and the garage.
On the other side of the great room you have the Master Bedroom. here you will find a nice big King bed, bedside tables with lamps, reading chair, TV, & walk in closet. In the master bathroom there is a jacuzzi tub and a shower.
Lets go UPSTAIRS next:
Here you will find 2 huge Bedrooms on opposite sides of the home and a shared, full bathroom in between, with the landing looking down over the great room. The first upstairs bedroom has another big King bed, made to look small only by the size of the room! There is also a private balcony, reading chair, TV, and plenty of extra space. The other upstairs bedroom is the same size: BIG. In fact, so big that I had to take two pictures of it. There are 2 Queens, one on each end of the room, with a desk, drawers, and an armoire in between.
Next the DOWNSTAIRS:
Again you have 2 huge bedrooms at opposite ends of the home, but this time there is not only a full bath in between but also your second living room. Both of these bedrooms have Queen Beds, and extra space galore. One has a big desk and chair, the other has another reading chair. The lower living room is big, just like every other room in this house. It has 2 couches, an armchair, & an ottoman centered around the TV & DVD. There is also a table here perfect for games or puzzles, and a covered patio beneath the hot tub & BBQ deck.
