Personal Currency Assistant™

Low Season: $95/night,$2200/month. High Season: $110/night, $2400/month.
$200 deposit required within 10 days of making reservation. Full payment is
required 30 days prior to occupancy during Low Season & 60 days prior to occupancy
during High Season. Cancellations must be made before final payment is received.
After that, refunds will only be returned if the unit can be re-rented.  You must
stay 28 days to receive the monthly rate. Ironman is treated as High Season.
There is a 3 night minimum except Ironman & Christmas which is a 7 night minimum.
Low Season:4/15-12/14, High Season:12/15-4/14.  Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.
