We welcome you to our new condo in Perla del Mar only 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the lovely town of Bucerias and a mere 13 minutes slow walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. This condo is our home in Mexico so we have organized it for comfort and functionality. Therefore, after spending time at the beach, shopping, or visiting the sights of the area, you will enjoy relaxing in the comfort of our home with a view out to the beautifully landscaped garden and shared swimming pool. The condo was built as a three bedroom unit and contains a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom has been opened up to the dining/living room giving the place a very nice open floor plan. We use the space of the third bedroom as a quiet room and office and, as it contains a comfortable double size sofa bed, we also use it as a third bedroom.

You will find in our 1615 square feet condo a comfortable living/dining room with a six chair dining table, two sofas (one a double reclining Lazyboy) and available “pay for service” satellite TV. The fully equipped and functional kitchen contains a gas range, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, and more making it easy to prepare meals at home. You will also enjoy the convenience of a gas barbecue and a utility room with washer and dryer.

A fully equipped shared exercise room (literally next door) will help you keep fit and trim during your stay.

Also, so you can keep in touch with your family and business back home, there is free wireless internet.

And did I already mention the beautifully landscaped garden and the large shared swimming pool only 10 steps from our ground floor unit? What a wonderful place to bask in the sunshine, warmth, and soft sea breezes which bathe this area of Mexico.

Gated privacy, security, and a full-time maintenance crew keeps the place well maintained and tended.

The location is superb! As mentioned, only 20 minutes from the airport and a leisure 13 minutes walk to the best white sand beach on the Bahia de Banderas. Also, it is only a one minute walk to the highway on the corner where there is located a pharmacy, bank, Oxxo convenience store (7-11 type), dry cleaner, laundry, and the bus stops going one direction to Puerto Vallarta and the other direction to La Cruz, Tepic and Sayulita. The Mega supermarket (Wal Mart type) is only about a three minute bus ride from the corner bus stop. Car rental agencies and a taxi stand are also nearby.

Bucerias began as a typical fishing village and, with its cobblestone streets and mercados (markets), still retains much of it’s original Mexican charm. From our condo, the town center is a comfortable walk or a two minute bus ride from the corner bus stop. It is considered safe to enjoy Bucerias day and night. Sampling some of the many terrific restaurants found in and around the town will provide culinary variety and is a gastronomic treat.
