Married since 1992. We have a son and a daughter and live in New York about 40 miles north of New York City.
Why the Owner Chose Oak Island
We first vacationed at Oceanwalk on Oak Island in June 2008 and absolutely fell in love with the place. We love the pace of the island, it is very laid back and comfortable. Our children look forward to our trips down, which if you have teenagers you know what a blessing that is.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My husband and son enjoying spending the day together on the golf course while my daughter and I will go and shop the day away. We love spending days together on the beach, shelling and body surfing. Sunsets on the balcony are gorgeous and the perfect time to unwind with a cool drink. Walks to the Dairy Queen on the corner after dinner are a must. Day trips down to Myrtle Beach are always fun too.

This is a very comfortable and relaxing place. Very modern with three bedroom and 2.5 bath. The view from the balcony is the best. Will be returning next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

VERY NICE!!! The condo itself is very updated and stylish. There is plenty of space to gather in the kitchen/living room area to enjoy everyone's company, yet if you want a little alone time, the bedrooms give you your own little retreat. Access to the beach is.....simple! The pool looked beautiful (we opted for the ocean!!) I can only assume the condo has neighbors, because we did not hear them!! I took my parents who live in the midwest for their 1st beach experience....and because of this "home away from home condo" I know we will be planning another beach visit in the future!! My last minute reservations were with NO problems. The owner was very pleasant and available for any questions. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone!!!!!
