Gather to play games or cards at the game table in front of the large picture window with a marvelous view of the ocean, play darts, or ping-pong or pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and a central island. Watch the game or golfing event on the flat screen TV from the kitchen while preparing the evening meal with the entire family.
Enjoy dinner at the expansive dining room table that seats 12 or at the table out on the deck accompanied by the ocean breezes. The master has a queen bed with an amazing ocean front view, wonderful to watch the sunrise in the morning.
There are two additional rooms on the main living area, one with a double bed which has a bunk on top and the other room with a queen bed. The upstairs level features a guest room with a queen bed and a spectacular oceanfront view and another guest with two complete sets of bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle.
The terrace level features a queen bed with its own full bath. There will be plenty of room for everyone!
The best is yet to come, though. Right outside the back door, step onto the oversized deck and watch the kids play in the surf while lounging. Grill out or just have cocktails and listen to the waves as evening unfolds.
There is a large screened in porch in which to relax, or if that day on the beach or golfing outing was too stressful, go ahead and climb in the new 8 person hot tub.
As if this oceanfront fully appointed home were not exceptional enough, the island amenities are countless. Two golf courses, four restaurants, eight tennis courts and five pools, all waiting for your enjoyment.
There are paved bicycle, skating or jogging trails, an abundance of wildlife, including deer, heron and egrets. There is even Camp Fripp for the kids and activities every day, such as sea turtle walks, tie-dyeing t-shirts, and other crafts. Of course there is also fishing, crabbing and a sundry of other water sports waiting for you.
