This spacious 3 floor beach house is located approximately 1/2 block from the beach and is located about 5 miles from Pier Park in the family oriented end of Panama City Beach (West End). This is a great family vacation spot to make memories that will last a lifetime.
It will accommodate a large family or you can invite other to join you and split the cost. From the 3rd floor balcony there is a beautiful view of the ocean and the second floor balcony over looks the swimming pool. On the pool side of the house there is a porch with table and chairs for relaxing outside.
On the 1st floor, is the living room; which contains 32” TV with cable, sofa that can be pulled out to make a double bed, 2 recliners, an extra chair, and a half bath. In the living room there are double doors that look out to the pool area.
Great for relaxing inside while watching the children in the pool playing. The Kitchen and Dining Room Combo comes furnished with kitchen table with 6 chairs, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, and an assortment of other appliances.
The 2nd floor has a “kid’s playroom” which has a 36” TV and another sofa that can be pulled out to make a double bed and the door that leads to the 2nd floor balcony. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with Queen sized bed and a full private bath. Finally, on the 3rd floor there are 2 more bedrooms with Queen sized bed and each of the bedrooms have full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms however does have the access to the balcony with the view of the ocean.
It is in a complex with 1 other house (that I also own, Luxurious Vacation Beach Rental I) and they share an outside common area. The outside area includes a large pool, gas grill, and picnic table with an umbrella.
