Coming May 2009, St Simons Newest Oceanfront getaway! This house is made for multi family vacations! There are two master suites with private baths and king size beds. There are 2 guest rooms with king size beds. There is a bunk room with 4 twin beds. Every bedroom has an ocean view.
The ground floor features an entry way, garage, powder room with inside and outside entry, pool room which has a kitchenette (Full size fridge with ice and water, dishwasher) that is the perfect spot for lunch or for cocktails by the pool and spa overlooking the ocean. Also in the pool room is a sofa, chairs and TV. There are sliding doors that open right onto the pool deck so there is always a shady, comfy spot to keep am eye on swimmers or take an afternoon nap. Outside there is a pool and hot tub. There is a dinning table, outdoor fire place and out door shower.
The 2nd floor features the first master suite with private balcony and private bath that has a shower. There is the first guest room with king size bed. There is a full bath with shower/tub. Also on this floor is the Laundry room.
The 3rd floor features the second master suite with private balcony and private bath that has a separate shower and jetted tub. The 2nd guest suite with king size bed and the bunk room with 4 twin beds complete this floor. There is a laundry shoot on this floor.
The 4th floor features the main living, dinning and kitchen. This floor has panoramic views of the sea. There are sliding doors on this floor that open up to the large porch. The kitchen will be fully stocked with all the cookware and appliances you will need to whip up the finest of meals. There are also two dishwashers in the kitchen. This floor also has a powder room.
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! The 5th floor features a roof top deck, great for Happy hour! And the best part is there is an elevator that access each level (EVEN THE ROOFTOP DECK!!)
This house is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in May. We are currently taking reservations. The pictures are being uploaded and will be refreshed every few weeks as we come down to check on the progress.

Our nightly rates all have a 3 night minimum.
Our Policy: from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekly rental from Sat-sat.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 11% Tax and Cleaning.
