"Casa Bonita" which means "Beautiful Home" is a beautifully furnished four bedroom, three bathroom home with a 26ft x 14ft swimming pool and covered lanai and is just a 4 mile drive to Walt Disney World Resort.
This wonderfully located property backs onto natural Floridian countryside enabling you to relax in privacy. The pool is in full sunlight from mid-morning until mid-afternoon every day enabling you to make the most of your vacation. The Covered Lanai has Patio Table and four Chairs and is equipped with a charcoal burning grill for your outdoor pleasure. Charcoal is provided in your welcome basket.
This beautiful home has Air Conditioning throughout as well as Ceiling Fans in the family room and all four bedrooms. The two Master Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The primary Master bedroom has a Sliding Door leading directly out onto the Covered Lanai and Pool. The regular Bedrooms both share a third bathroom, this bathroom also leads directly onto the Pool Deck to allow access to the Bath and Shower after swimming.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker, Electric Range with oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Blender and a separate Utility area with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There is a Breakfast Nook with a Table and four Chairs and also a separate Dining Area.
Televisions with Cable TV with DVD/VHS players and Radio Alarm Clocks are located in each of the four bedrooms and all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The family room boasts a 56“ Television with Cable TV and a DVD player. There is also a desktop computer with full high speed internet access in the family room for the enjoyment of the children and adults alike. An air hockey table, a Pool Table, and a foosball table are in the Game room along with a dart game and another 50" HDTV adding additional entertainment.
The subdivision of Indian Creek has its own children’s playground and also a basketball and Tennis Courts. Tennis rackets and a basketball are available in the game room for your use. There are no charges for using the playground or courts.
Casa Bonita is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and only an hour’s drive from Kennedy Space Center and the beautiful Atlantic Coast Beaches.
Casa Bonita is located just minutes from State Highway 192 the main artery thru the attractions and Kissimmee area which has an abundance of supermarkets, pharmacies, and petrol stations as well as many other shops and restaurants. Mystic Dunes Resort also boasts two Eighteen Hole Golf Courses for the keen golfers.
There is no need to bring Towels with you on vacation as Casa Bonita has Pool Towels available for use at the home or beach.

The close proximity to the Disney World complex make it a great fun vacation spot. Go to the parks as soon as they open and then as the crowds begin to grow and temperatures go up -- head home --which is only 5 minutes away --for a dip in the pool, a regular lunch (that doesn't cost a mint!) and maybe even a short siesta! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (it doesn't cost anything to reenter) and see the thrilling lights, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!

Bio Info on your Property Owners: Bob Hazzard is a native Floridian. He was born and raised in Miami. After high school graduation he enlisted in the Air Force. Bob retired from the Air Force as a Major. He has worked in the hospitality management field for 20 years as the manager of the housekeeping department for a major theme park, and various hotels and resorts. Bob resides in Orlando Florida with his wife Claudia from Cali, Colombia.
