New in 2007, this well maintained raised single family beach house is waiting for you. Located at 215A 14th Ave South, Surfside Beach. With 5 bedrooms, 1 down and 4 up, each equipped with own TV, and most have DVD player as well, 3 queen beds, and four twins, and one sofa bed, and 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything that you can think of.
And to add to your pleasure, it has its own private pool in the back. (14 x 18). Covered porches, charcoal grill, outside shower. Approximate square footage 2100. All in a very quiet neighborhood. The white sandy beach is just a four minute walk (about 300 steps). We are centrally located between Surfside Pier and Garden City Pier (about 1 mile to either). It is only minutes from fabulous restaurants and entertainment at the very popular Murrells Inlet. Stroll the boardwalk, and enjoy some great seafood and beautiful sunsets.
Myrtle Beach, with all its shopping, amusements parks, shows and attractions is only 8 miles North. Be sure to visit Pawley's Island and historic Georgetown on your day trip South to Charleston. Plan to visit the Battery District, historic homes, and the Open Market.
Weekly rentals start at 3pm on a Saturday and check-out the following Saturday no later than 10am. 12% SC taxes are added to the base rent. The contract signer must be 25 years or older and occupy the property during the rental period. Check-out cleaning services are included.

I reiterate my original review with one addition: The one thing I did not like about the Doll House was . . . drumroll please . . . Leaving! :-( I love this house!! My family of nine stayed here and had plenty of room and recreation. Family beach close by. Broadway on the beach a short drive. So much to do and yet a great place to relax. July 24-31, 2010. We just got home and the house was wonderful. We had plenty of room and everything was beautiful. Very well kept and well supplied. Has all the comforts of home without having to bring them with you. Mr. Doll was very nice and easy to work with. Can't wait until next year.

My family and I just returned from spending several nights at the Doll house in Surfside Beach. The house was very clean and in a perfect location for our family. Our two children loved the pool and the spacious house. We were very pleased with the communication by the home owner and Mr Doll was very accomodating when it came to our request of checking in early and also staying late the day of our checkout. My family would highly recommend the Doll house to other families and plan on visiting their home again next year. Septemer 2009

This is the PERFECT place for families. We stayed in this house last summer and had the best time. We took my parents our two teenagers and 4 of their friends and no one felt crowded at all. Having two Master Suites made all the difference. My parents were able to stay on the main floor away from the teens. Every thing you could possibly want to do is near by, but not so close that you hear the Boardwalk and all the shops. A major chain grocery store was less then 6 blocks away and the beach was in easy walking distance(all tho. we did rent a golf cart) The care taker was friendly and very helpful , not the rental agent tho., so I am glad to find the house on this new site. I highly recommend this property.
