President's Week 2010 Penthouse 3 BR - VERY RARE

Grand Timber Lodge has been voted the No 1 Ski-In Ski-Out resort in North America. This is a 5* resort with every amenity you could wish for. Fantastically located between Peaks Eight and Nine with access to 4 Peaks, 4 Pipes, 4 Parks and excellent children's ski school.

Breckenridge includes skiing terrain for skiers of all abilities and is nearby to world renowned Vail, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Beaver Creek - which are covered on your lift pass.

THE BEST WEEK OF THE SEASON - President's Week - Saturday 13th, 2010 to Saturday 20th, 2010. This listing is for one 3 bed condo. However this can be split into 2 separate units.

The atmosphere at Grand Timber Lodge is very relaxed and inviting with all the amenities you would expect for a 5 STAR resort. There are 2 indoor/outdoor pools, 2 indoor and 3 large outdoor hot tubs with glorious views of the nearby mountains.

There is a large TV screen and spacious sitting area, restaurant and take-away service, an arcade room, a grand room with a soaring fireplace, comfy sofas and bar service. Each week there is a welcome evening for new guests with food and drinks.

There is endless skiing opportunities for all abilities and the pistes are fantastically groomed and varied to suit all tastes. We love Breckenridge and are so sad not to be able to return in 2009.

The center of Breckenridge boasts fabulous restaurants both children friendly and fine dining for the more adult evening. Although the town is walking distance, the Resort bus can shuttle guests to and from their destination. There are fabulous shopping opportunities in Breckenridge and numerous fun activities.
