We bought this property for its exclusive view looking up the beach toward the Cherry Grove Fish Pier. Walking distance to Fat Harolds Beach Club-(great for all you shaggers), Flynn's Irish Pub right down the street not to mention the local area merchants
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Great view looking north, There are no other units that would obstruct your view, nothing but luxury beach front homes instead. Nice restaurant inside with fantastic pool and lazy river. Beach population in this area is sparse so you have more of the beach to yourself, even during peak season!
Great place for Guiness! They have irish music and local music nightly
Take a walk on the pier or try your luck at fishing. Bring your own pole or rent them there
Best Breakfast on the Grand Strand, but get there early because there will be a line. Very popular with golfers
This is where all the local restaurants get their seafood from. Try the freshly caught tuna
