This 2200 square foot beachfront home is set deep into a private wooded lot on 80 feet of gorgeous sugar sand Lake Huron Beach. This lovely well furnished home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room with natural fireplace, living room, a recreational room, and 3 bedrooms (master with king, #2 bedroom with double/twin bunk and another set of twin bunks, #3 bedroom with queen bed). Other sleeping arrangements are available upon request. The master bedroom, living room, family room, dining area and kitchen all have spectacular views of Lake Huron. From this perfect location you can stroll for miles along the sandy beach or lounge and relax. The site is in line with a large sand reef and is shallow for several hundred feet with numerous sandbars - great for young swimmers and water games. Minutes from canoeing, great golf courses, shopping, antiques, and numerous state park attractions. We have great winter activities too...GREAT sledding hill and outdoor ice rink nearby.

Activities & Attractions: Golfing: Lakewood Shores is approximately 12 miles away and has many courses to choose from: The Gailes, The Blackshire, The Serradella, and the Wee Links (18 hole pitch and putt course). Other nearby golf courses are: Greenbush, Red Hawk, Tawas creek, White Pine and Wicker Hills. Swimming Boating (Lumberjack Marina & DNR launch 3 miles North Boat and jet ski rentals nearby Canoe, kayak, or tube the AuSable Snorkeling / Diving Sailing Fishing: steelhead, salmon, or brown trout Antiquing Huron National Forest attractions: Lumberman's Monument, Eagle's Nest Overlook, Largo Springs, Tawas Pt Lighthouse, Canoer's Memorial, Tuttle Marsh, hiking, & biking.
