You can't get any closer to the beach than our 2 bedroom beachfront condo in Wild Dunes. Kick up your feet, relax, and enjoy stunning views of the ocean from our huge screened in porch, family room, and master bedroom. Or, if you prefer, slip into the inviting pool right out the back door.
We've just completed an extensive remodel of this Mariners Walk condo. In the kitchen, there are beautiful new granite counertops, new stainless appliances, and the cabinets were reconstructed so that there is an unobstructed view of the ocean. In the living room and kitchen, there are gorgeous bamboo hardwood floors, and new carpets in the bedroom. The master bathroom has been transformed with a granite shower, and a pretty tile floor. There are many other updates that are too numerous to name.
We have stayed everywhere in Wild Dunes, but this layout is our favorite. Often we start the day with coffee on the porch watching the sunrise, then come back for lunch on the porch, and end the day sipping cocktails back on the porch. Then we usually head to downtown Charleston for a gourmet meal.
We personally stay here as often as posssible, so we are sure this home will have everything a renter could want. This condo has WI-FI high speed internet, a flat screened TV in the family room, and the ability to walk right off your back porch to the beach is the best. All of these unique features make this home a one of a kind, premier, oceanfront property.

We are a family of 6 with four daughters. Our oldest daughter got married last year, so we finally have a son to claim. We live in Greenville SC, where Anthony is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Keegan.
Why the Owner Chose Mariners Walk
We bought our condo because we love the Isle of Palms, and wanted to create a second home there. We spend our time on the beach walking, biking, and looking for shells. We also love to crab, fish, golf, and play tennis.The girls love to shop, and we all love going out to all the great restaurants.

My friend and I just stayed in this beachfront condo for a week, and it wasn't near long enough! The location could not be more perfect if you want the ocean literally outside your back door, though we did have some noisy occupants in the condo above us during the last few days of our stay. If you don't like being on the ground floor with people above you, this should be a consideration that we didn't think about. The inside of this unit is very comfortable for the most part, esp. the master bed which sleeps like a dream. Some of the living room furniture, esp. the sleeper couch is showing its continued use when you sit down and sink down quite a bit, but overall is quite comfortable and well maintained. And the stars at night were everywhere as we returned Wild Dunes after eating at another good local restaurant - favorites were the Lighthouse at Breach Inlet and Mustard Seed in Mt. Pleasant. The kitchen was also very clean and well equipped for a rental condo. We would recommend this condo to anyone, but esp. for a romantic getaway or for two couples who want to spend time together or for a girls' week away! We will definitely be back, and found both the owners and Resort Quest very easy to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

There is an old saying that when you go back things are never the same, and they are right. We just spent our 2nd vist to this wonderfull condo. It was great before and now with all the improvments they have done to the place it is top notch. We have been renting place up and down the cost since the 70's and have never been to the same place twice. That changed with this condo, it is so close to the beach you can spit and hit it. The poorch is a dream. We are already looking forward to booking for next year. We have found a beach home away from home. You will not go wrong on renting this place. The pix on the web site do not do it justis. It is as close to perfect as you can get.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Well we just finished our week at your condo, and all i can say is "wonderful" we enjoyed it so much. It was as advertised and even better. I can only thank you for sharing it with us. The beach was great, the view from the porch was out of this world. We are ready to go back soon. This is a must rent for any one looking for a rest filled time at the beach.

My wife and I have been to Wild Dunes several times, staying in a number of different villas. We have never had a better experience than the one in this two-bedroom villa in Mariner's Walk. Great layout, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, and a great, screened-in porch looking out directly on the ocean. On our future trips, this will always be our first choice.
