Conch Key Villas is located on a small island called Conch Key (mile marker 63 between Marathon and Islamorado). We offer a clean, bright, affordable open waterfront vacation rental. The Villa includes deep-water dockage (park your boat right in front of your villa).
Located just west of Long Key Channel, you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in 5 minutes fishing, lobstering, snorkeling and diving.
The one bedroom has a King size bed as well as a pull-out futon. The villa also has a complete kitchen and eating area.
The two bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the Gulf and two standard beds in the guest room overlooking the garden.
We provide our guests with a comfortable outdoor area, which includes a gas grill, lounge chairs and a quaint little bar for sunset viewing.

My husband & I drove down for a short "stay-cation" from Fort Lauderdale and had a wonderful time! This quiet getaway was close enough to Marathon for shopping and groceries yet far enough away to feel as if you were out of the hustle and bustle. The studio was super clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for...pots, pans, utensils, towels etc. The place looks as nice as it does in the photos and the owner and property manager were really nice and helpful. The fishing from the dock was great and we saw tons of wildlife right at our back door...especially at night. We fished right off the docks in the "backyard" and caught some great Snapper. There is a fish cleaning station outside so it's really convenient to clean your catches right away. The place comes with a really cute bar area and a good sized gas grill so we grilled up our catches and enjoyed a nice cold one without leaving our doorstep! We also brought our dog, Pepper who enjoyed watching the fish off the dock. We will definately be back!!!

We spent the month of December at the villa and loved it.The property is super clean and maintained daily.Help for anything is alway's near by.Very quiet very little road noise,charter fishing available within walking distance,close to everything, less than 2 hours from Key West and the mainland the other way. Fishing is everywhere and very good every day.I have been going to Hawaii the last 10 years till I found this area and for things to do the Key's win hands down. You can make your holiday expensive as you like or keep to a budget.If you like sea food this is the place for you.You will find me there this coming December and a little longer, you won't want to leave I did'nt.You won't be sorry!
