Rincon's beaches are small, each has their own personality and activities, and they cover more than 8 miles. Catch the big waves at the north beaches, or snorkel in the quiet waters at the south beaches. Our beaches with clear waters are wonderful for families with children; awesome for swimmers, snorkelers or surfers to enjoy. If you like horseback riding or even if you've never ridden a horse before, you'll have a wonderful time riding along Rincon beaches. This is truly a beach garden! Rincon, the westernmost town of Puerto Rico, is also a popular whale sighting area during the whales' migration -from December through March. Make sure you bring your binoculars. Rincon is very accessible with daily flights between Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and JFK on Jet Blue, Newark (EWR) or Florida on Continental or Delta. Aguadilla airport (BQN), a 30 minute drive; other flights arrive at San Juan International (SJU), about a 2 hour drive.
