This beautifully decorated unit is convenient on the 3rd floor where the 3rd floor parking deck is located. Guests and their children do not have to worry with crowded elevators.
The ammenities are second to none with two Gulf front pools; one is a zero entry pool with water fountains that kids just love. The two Gulf front hot tubs feel great anytime of the year. The fitness center is fully equipped with stairsteppers, stationary bikes, treadmills, a universal weight machine, and dry sauna. It doesn't matter what the weather is like outside since the kids can have a great day swimning in the indoor heated pool.

Love this condo!!! The location was excellent, the condo was beautiful and the view was awesome. Wish I could have stayed longer, but will be going back as soon as I can. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay and play.

This has been our most favorite place so far! The condo itself is true to the pictures- very nice place! Very clean and well kept too! The zero entry pool was wonderful for our small children! It was a short walk to the ocean- which is always a plus with kids. The Bates were really friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this to anyone. It was close and convenient to food and shopping. We enjoyed Sea-n-Suds (short walk from condo to restaurant), Mikee's seafood, Lamberts, and The Hangout! We are definitely looking forward to coming back again next year!

We stayed at this condo in mid March-2010 on a little get away with friends. It was perfect for us 4 adults and thought to bring kids with next time for the cute, little bunk room. We really liked the fact that it had 2 king-sized beds rather than twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. As I've heard many say in other reviews, the pictures looked EXACTLY like the real thing. It was very clean, well organized, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The parking was super easy and convenient. John - our contact for making the arrangements - was wonderful to work with and was prompt in returning our phone calls, answering any questions, and returning the deposit. It was our first time, renting something like this, and we wouldn't hesitate going for this unit or one managed by John again. Location - you can't beat the location - convenient to wonderful eating, drinks, entertainment, shopping, and of course, right on the gorgeous beach. I recommend to Shaka Shaka Po Boy at the Hangout (wrap or sandwich - either are great!). It was a great time and we look forward to coming back, but for longer than 3 nights next time!
