This is a lovely two bedroom home located in the private community of Sunset Captiva. Homes in Sunset Captiva share a large heated pool, tennis courts, boat docks, a wonderful grilling area, and a short 100 yard walk on a private boardwalk to more than four miles of spectacular beach. You will enjoy privacy and the natural beauty of the island along with being conveniently located near the Captiva Village Center. If driving to everything doesn’t sound like fun on your vacation you are in luck. Along with the water activities close by, you can walk to ten restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining, a grocery store, and shopping.
Captiva’s beaches are known around the world for the abundance of rare shells that wash up every morning, the stunning sunsets every night, and the white sand and warm water of the Gulf of Mexico. Also keep your eyes peeled because dolphins are often sighted close to shore and manatees frequent the marina. The Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is located on Sanibel Island for bird watchers and nature lovers. There are many recreational activities nearby to fit anyone’s liking. Things to do on the water include kayaking, guided fishing tours, jet skis, parasailing, and boat tours to smaller islands in the area. There are two public golf courses located on Sanibel and too many to count in the Ft. Myers area.
Our newly remodeled home is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed for a fantastic vacation. The main level features a large living/dining area with TV/DVD/stereo, full kitchen, laundry room, half bath, and a large lanai. The upper level features the Master bedroom with a King size bed and full private bath. The second bedroom has three twin beds and a full private bath and both rooms have access to a private sundeck with lounge chairs. There is also a pull out couch in the living room area.
