If you have pets this place is great , the grounds outside looks good no junk or trash , donot book a first floor condo all you can see is the duns, this condo is great you or close to AJ,S and all of the best places to eat in Destin, when we came to the condo on June 11th the ac was out they had to put a new unit in and they did a great job , the next day i called about the porch chairs that where brocken they replaced the the same day , but here is the down side the cleaning pepole suck yes suck i call the cleaning people and ask them to mop the floors because my feet where getting black she was not happy when i called , so two days after that she cleaned the floors stills sucks my feet where black and the tub to , i can say this because i clean schools for a living and repair the to , if it was my condo first this is fire the cleaning people and paint the frount door but al and all this is a good condo David
