Why the Owner Chose Prospector Village
We are only about 1 hour away from our house in the Boulder area. Summit County has so much to offer in the way of recreation, shopping, hiking, biking, etc. We are surronded by National Forest, and have spectacular views of the mountains all around us.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
It is quiet, serene, and offers beautiful views that relax the mind and soul. We can hike, bike, ski, shop or do nothing at all! Our town home is comfortable, warm and inviting.
Many hiking trails into the Eagles Nest Wilderness. Great for winter snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. Hike to the creek is about 1/2 mile. Gorgeous spring and summer wildflowers!
Hike up Buffalo Mountian, 12777 feet! Beautiful vies of Summit county. Great snowshoeing or cross country skiing in winter.
Shopping is only minutes away. All the national outlet stores, great bargains.
Wonderful mountain town with an historic Main Street. Great restaurants, shopping and views of Dillon Reservoir. Frisco Marina.
About 10-15 minutes away. World Class Skiing, ice skating in winter. Mountain biking, hiking, and rides on the ski lift in summer. Check out the mountain top restaurants.

We have been married since 1987, have 3 children. We enjoy getting away to the mountains any time we can to take in the beauty of God's creation. Our town home is really an extension of ourselves. We want to make it warm and inviting, a perfect place to relax and forget the worries of everyday life.

We rented David's house twice during the 10/11 ski season and found the place to be a great location to ski summit county along with Vail & Beaver Creek as well. His unit was very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped for being able to cook like you are at home. David was very easy to work with, and very accommodating when the airlines threw us a curveball with a flight time change. Wildernest is very conveniently located right off of I-70, and Silverthorne/Dillon has everything you will need for shopping or dinning pleasure. We would definitely consider renting again for the 11/12 season.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our group recently had the good fortune to stay at The Luxury Mountain Getaway Townhome. The owners were very gracious and accomodating. The townhome was just perfect for our large group. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths were elegantly appointed, warm and comfortable. The large great room on the upper level allowed for our group to gather after a fun day of skiing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to fix our evening meals. The townhome is conveniently located near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and A-Basin. We had a great time and hope to visit again.
