Sheryl, Thank you so much for this lovely, peaceful place. It was perfect for our visist to see our daughter at Whitman. Our twin 4 year olds had lots of room to run, the hot tub was fabulous, the beds very comfortable and rest was easy! This was a truly a refreshing vacation!

We had a large group of couples coming from all over looking for a "city life getaway". This property turned out to be such a charming and welcoming rental. We couldn't have asked for more. Property owners provided everything we needed and offered wonderful advice on the hot spots in town. We can't wait to come back!

My friend and I stayed at the lodge mid-July, 2010. Just a great place to stay near Walla Walla. The lodge is spacious and clean. Very economical if you go as a group-and so much nicer than a hotel. The lodge has everything you'll need (no exaggeration! Just bring your food and drink-everything's there to cook it up and serve) There's a stream that flows right in front of the lodge and the tall trees keeps it nice and cool which you will greatly appreciate as the city and open feels get pretty hot. Nice and private, you feel at peace in nature. Lot's a wild life- we had nightly visits from a doe and it's fawns. If I ever return to Walla Walla, Strawberry Lodge is will I'll be staying.

We had a great time visiting from Minnesota. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the wildlife. It was relaxing to sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine.

This property is so special. It is a short drive from Walla Walla and easy to find, and yet so secluded and quiet. The house is warm and inviting with room for lots of activities. There's nothing like the sleep you get breathing mountain air after a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The grounds are well kept and mother nature provides a wonderful view. We hosted a family reunion here recently and everyone wants to return. This was our second stay in a year, and I know we will be back for more whenever we want to rest and recharge.

My family is pretty scattered across the Pacific Northwest, but we get together once a year for an afternoon of catching up. This year our reunion was held at Strawberry Canyon Lodge, and everyone LOVED it. It has an easy kind of charm that makes everyone feel relaxed and at home. The beds and the extra room in the bunkhouse was absolutely perfect for our needs. We simply did not want to go home at the end of our stay. The temp in Walla Walla was 94 degrees, and at the lodge, it was a comfortable 75. I am certain that this is the first of many visits to the lodge. Thank you S & K!!!

This was not our first stay at the Strawberry Canyon Lodge. My family and I have enjoyed staying here for several years. Once a year, we pack up the family and drive across state to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. What we arrive to is our little Eden. It is far enough away not to have cell phone reception (this is a plus in my BlackBerry-obsessed world), but close enough to Walla Walla for us to drive into town for a day’s worth of wine tasting. It is a great place for our whole family; we’ve got a 2yr old and we’ve taken the Grandparents with us on occasion. It has everything you’d need for an extended weekend: full kitchen, large deck, hot tub, large lawn for games, and plenty of hills to climb. I could go on, but I don’t want to encourage everyone too much…we don’t want to give out the secret about our little Eden to too many people!

We had a great time! What a wonderful place to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We liked the quietness, the nighttime darkness, the many types of vegetation and the door latch like the Ponderosa! Thank you!
