Casa Roca is a newly constructed home located in the El Oro development, only minutes away from San Juan del Sur. This home is situated high on a hill with great views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. This is the perfect place to enjoy the liveliness of San Juan del Sur but return to your private retreat only minutes away.
Upon entering the home, the first thing you notice is the view from the window walls in the sunken living room. This area offers comfortable seating with hand constructed bamboo sofas and chairs with tropical upholstered cushions. The kitchen area is large and fully equipped with plenty of space to prepare a simple snack or gourmet meal.
The master bedroom offers not only a king bed but also a fabulous view. The full bath has a beautiful rockwork shower and lots of closet space. There is a small patio just off the bath area which gives you a great cross breeze and beautiful tropical flowers. The second bedroom has a king bed, a queen bed and also a spectacular view. There is a bathroom just off the bedroom with a rock work shower and cabinet space.
The outdoor area of Casa Roca is what sets this house apart from others. The swimming pool is of river rock, each hand chosen by the owner. The surrounding patio is beautiful and gives you plenty of space to enjoy the warm tropical weather. There is a dining table so you can enjoy your meals outdoors or a cocktail as you watch the colorful Pacific sunset.
