This gorgeous ranch style home, is truly one of a kind. Its location is perfect, in that it is centrally located a half mile from the center of downtown Palm Springs. It is within minutes of the convention center, the casino, many restaurants, grocery, shopping, and coffee shops.
General:
Bamboo floors and beautiful plaster walls create a comfortable and healthy atmosphere that begs the occupant to relax. The professionally decorated interior is a perfect blend of Palm Springs fun, beach house, and contemporary. We have worked hard to create a relaxing and fun environment.
Kitchen:
Wood crafted cabinets, matching stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas cook-top, gas oven, under cabinet lighting will entice any chef in training to practice their culinary skills in fully stocked and gorgeous cook's kitchen.
Living:
The kitchen opens onto the dining and family room, so that friendly conversations can be had from any where in the main area of the house. There is a fireplace centered in the living room, providing warmth and ambience. The living room is light an airy, with comfortable sofas and pillows. Bedrooms:
The mattresses and linens are of the highest quality. You will sleep very comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a LCD TV with DVD player, and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, is equipped with a LCD TV.
Outdoor:
The pool is large, with a gracious hot tub, the mountain views from each are breathtaking. Comfortable designer lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool. There is a hammock under the trees for lounging, reading and sleeping! There is a built in gas BBQ area, with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. The adjacent outdoor dining area seats 6 in comfort.
Very few homes in Palm Springs have such a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains, from the pool, back yard, master bedroom, guest bedroom, or living room, the views are impressive. Ruth Hardy park is a wonderful neighborhood, which is safe and filled with many wonderful homes. It has a large park with tennis courts and other recreation. It is also close to downtown, and in walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home was fully remodeled in February of 2009, with all new kitchen and bathrooms. This property has a large pool and spa, with phenomal south and west views. There is a hammock for relaxing, as well as large palm and olive trees for lounging under, and provide the perfect setting for much needed R & R. The house is cozy, well desiged and well appointed. The outdoor dining area is right off the kitchen, with seating for 6. You are only a few blocks from Ruth Hardy Park, where there are tennis courts and other activities available. Being in central Palm Springs means you can be anywhere in town, in a few minutes. Shopping, restaurants, grocery, and all types of other activities are just a few minutes away.
