Historic Seneca Lake Lakefront Property Available. Located on the historic Kashong area of Seneca Lake! One of the only walk-out, level shorefronts on the entire lake. The lake is only 20 level-feet from the front porch door!

3 miles from the first winery on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Plenty of private land to walk, hike, play tennis or basketball, located directly behind the cottage within a secluded grove.

First Floor: The cottage features a completely renovated (2008) first-floor bathroom featuring a full size shower with integrated seat. All the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with table and a walk in pantry. Hardwood floors on the first floor lend themselves to the gas fireplace and bead board wainscoting, as well as the thick leather and mission oak furniture.

Second Floor: The second floor features two large interior bedrooms (1 Queen bed in each), another fully renovated (2008) bathroom featuring a relaxing tub. Two sleeping porches feature two full-sized beds in one room, and two twin-sized beds in the other room. There is also a queen-sized futon if needed.

Shopping and groceries are located in Geneva, 8 miles North on Route 14, although a gas station and convenience store located directly across Route 14 on the main road.
