First Floor: The cottage features a completely renovated (7/08) first-floor bathroom featuring a full size shower with integrated seat. All the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with table and a walk in pantry. Hardwood floors on the first floor lend themselves to the gas fireplace and bead board wainscoting, as well as the thick leather and mission oak furniture.
Second Floor: The second floor features two large interior bedrooms, another fully renovated (7/08) bathroom featuring a relaxing tub. Two sleeping porches include two full-size beds, and a full size futon.
Shopping and groceries are located in Geneva, 8 miles North on Route 14, although a gas station and convenience store located directly across Route 14 on the main road.
