Mur Mur's Magnolia has a marsh sunset view on the 3rd floor balcony that must be seen to be believed. There is a screened in back porch overlooking the marsh with a fan as well.
The home is very warm with an open kitchen floor plan so you can socialize while preparing dinner. The main floor is highlighted by a handmade pine table that seats 14 people, perfect for big dinners and big families.
There is more than enough space for 14 people to be comfortable and not feel cramped.
4 Queens, 1 King, 4 Single beds, one crib, and two child beds. There are flat screen high definitions TVs in the kitchen, great room, and every bedroom. There are DVD players in the great room as well as 4 bedrooms.
The house is very kid friendly being located on a cul de sac and there is a little grassy area behind the house complete with a single swing. Lots of concrete area under the house for parking and/or playing.
An outdoor sink w/a cleaning table attached for the catch of the day, wether it be fish, shrimp, crabs & etc. This is beside an out door shower to use after the clean up, or swim. have fun!
