Located within a 1 ½ hour drive from DFW, this beautiful 2,150 square foot lake home has three bedrooms and three full-size bathrooms and sits on one of the most desirable parts of the lake due to its deep water and incredible views of untouched scenery.
Whether you want to kick back and relax by reading a book on one of the three decks overlooking the lake, or want to bring your boat and take advantage of some of the best fishing and water recreation in all of Texas, you have everything you need to create memories for a lifetime.
Accompanied by a large wood-burning fire place, the knotty pine interior of the lake home provides you the feel of being in the secluded pines of northern Minnesota. Each large bedroom had its own full-size bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private porch overlooking the lake, the second bedroom has queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has two, full-sized beds, and the futon pulls out into a full-sized bed. Take a stroll down the flagstone walkway to sunbathe on your own two-story private dock. Cook your own meals in the large kitchen or use the large outdoor gas grill or smoker to prepare some of your favorite BBQ, while playing washers or one of your favorite games. Our family had a wonderful peaceful get-away for Thanksgiving. The house is perfect and well appointed for cooking and of course RELAXING! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from all patios. Thank you for sharing your fine retreat.

It took us a couple of days to get over the intial shock of how beautiful this place is and that we were actually here! A little surreal but we got over it quickly and felt like it was home on day 3. Today is day 7 and I am sad to have to leave this wonderful slice of heaven. We are blessed to have been able to stay and enjoy this peice of paradise that you have shared with others. For that I thank you and we hope to be able to rent again. I loved the coffee on the porch in the mornings and reading my book on the porch at evening time. We took in many panaramic views from the top deck of the dock - Loved it! We swam by the dock every day. Thank you so much!

All I can say is...wow. It was so wonderful. We all enjoyed the stay very much. House was very nice and pleasant to rest and the dock was perfect. We all would definately come back! Thank you for letting us use this wonderful house. Much thanks for the perfect get-away; close to the city but far away enough to feel like a vacation far away from home.
