Our high quality penthouse is surrounded by private east/south/west facing terraces with fantastic 360 degree views over Almunecar Old Town, the Mediterranean, and Marina del Este in La Herradura. It has its own solar-heated plunge pool, bar and bbq area situated on the west terrace and there are also a further 3 communal pools and a tennis court available for use. Various seating areas on the surrounding terraces are adorned with tropical plants and flowers enabling you to follow the sun throughout the day and still enjoy complete privacy surrounded by beautiful views.
The penthouse is situated frontline on the main San Cristobal Beach and is within easy walking distance of the Old Town with its many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes where traditional tapas are still served. The Costa Tropical is renowned for its unique subtropical microclimate and very little rain, thus providing many months of the year with continuous sunshine.
Almuñécar is ideally located for taking an excursion to some of the wonderful sights the southern coast of Spain has to offer. Spectacular mountain scenery, unspoilt white towns, historic monuments, all within easy reach. You can laze on the beach in the morning, and in the afternoon visit local villages (Otivar, Jete or Lentejí) or Las Alpujarras, which are a series of mountain foothills that lie between Sierra Nevada and the sea with beautiful valleys and extraordinary snow peaks (the ski slopes are open in the winter months).
