Spacious vacation waterfront home located on Lovewell Pond in Fryeburg, Maine. Lovewell pond is approx 50% conservation land and is 3 miles long and 1 mile wide. This property is located only 20 minutes from North Conway, NH. Our well equipped vacation home is ready for your arrival - the house is suitable for either families or couples vacationing together.
Our vacation home features a rare combination of bedrooms - there is 1 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, and a double bed accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious - plenty of room to spread out for everyone.
There's a dining room with seating for 8, kitchen with appliances and 1.5 bathrooms. The beds are made up with fresh linen - we supply it at no cost. The bath towels are also included.
There is A/C for your comfort. There is no cable or WIFI. Cellular WIFI is available through Verizen, AT&T and Sprint. Connection strength is excellent for use of personnal cellualar WIFI
Our home has a sloping lawn that leads to a 200 foot private beach. The patio has a gas barbeque grill and tables.
We also provide a canoe and beach chairs, kids beach toys, etc. A quick 20 minute drive to North Conway will take you to numerous restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, hiking. Storyland is a 35 minute drive. There are several golf courses within short distance of our home.
We do consider mature, well behaved dogs. We are very flexible with rental scheduling.
