This is a unique single family home in Bills Ranch. It is a very homey feel with a rock fireplace and log work throughout. The downstairs has an open kitchen, living room area with a door out to the patio. The bedroom has a queen bed, closets and a TV. There is a bathroom and washer/dryer.
Upstairs is an open bedroom with a queen log bed, a full bath, and an open area with TV/VCR/DVD, a couch and a recliner. Then there is the "kids room". In that room there are 2 log loft beds and 2 twin beds. There is a climbing wall, a loft, with "Lego Landing" half way up... We also have swings and lots of toys, your kids will love it!
Outside on the rock patio, we have a gas BBQ, log furniture, and mountain views! In our yard we also have a sand box, a log play house, swing set with 2 swings, a small slide as well as some other toys.
The bike path is right out your door, as well as hiking trails and mountain biking, no need to drive. We are in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to main street and the marina.

Our family had a great stay in Frisco. The home was warm, cozy, well appointed, and exceptionally clean! The grandchildren loved the children's play areas inside and out. There are lots of outdoor recreational activities within walking distance of the home. We would highly recommend this rental!
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with young children.
