This is a unique single family home in Bills Ranch. It is a very homey feel with a rock fireplace and log work throughout. The downstairs has an open kitchen, living room area with a door out to the patio. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full over double bunk bed, closets and a TV/VCR. There is also a bathroom and washer/dryer.
Upstairs is an open bedroom with a queen log bed, a full bath, and an open area with TV/VCR/DVD, a couch and a recliner. Then there is the "kids room". In that room there are 2 log loft beds and a toddler bed, and you can get a crib upon reauest. There is a climbing wall, a loft, with "Lego Landing" half way up... We also have swings and lots of toys, your kids will love it!
You cross country ski or snowshoe right our out our front door. The Frisco Nordic Center is just a few minutes away, and you have 5 ski areas within half hour. There are also plenty of sledding hills close by, and lots of snow to play in right in our yard.
In summer, the bike path is right there, as well as hiking trails and mountain biking, no need to drive. We are in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to main street and the marina.
Outside on the rock patio, we have a gas BBQ, log furniture, and mountain views! In our yard we also have a sand box, a log play house, swing set with 2 swings, a small slide as well as some other toys. We also have a couple of town bikes, 2 kid bikes and a burley and tag-a-long for your use.
