This spectacular six bedroom home is very private and sits alone by itself on the Atlantic Ocean in Orchid Bay Development on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Rated by Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine.
It will feel as though it is "your own private beach" as your closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away. The beach is white powder sand and your back step is only 200 yards from an incredible reef system with turtles, dolphins, rays, conch shells, lobsters and countless numbers of reef fish.
The home features 4 master suites with own bathrooms and oceanfront balconies off each one. The main floor opens up to a huge vaulted ceiling that looks out on the ocean. A large gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, huge side by side fridge, ice machine, pantry, large cook top and double oven. Main floor has dining room table for twelve as well as a separate laundry room with washer and two dryers.
Upstairs holds two bunk rooms and TV area for the kids. In each bunk room are 6 bunk beds.
Amenities: Central AC, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, gas grill, 2 ocean kayaks, ice maker, private patio and decks, generator, outdoor shower, and community pool and tennis court/basketball court.

Wow, this place is paradise! You literally own the beach and the island for that matter. This oceanfront mansion is located on the southern end of Guana Cay in a secure protected community. The few homes there are far apart from each other. The owner has spared no detail and has equipped the home with everything you may need like beach towels, gas grill, entertainment, a great kitchen, bicycles, snorkeling equipment, even cribs and high chairs for the young ones. The people were most friendly, courteous, and helpful. From the time I boarded an airplane to when we moved in I never had to touch my luggage once. The ambience of Guana was great. The grocery store was well stocked, and the restaurant food exceptional, especially at Nippers. If you want privacy, seclusion, comfort, amenities and much more, you'll love this place. It's an oceanfront mansion, with the closest neighbor to the north a quarter mile away, and to the south over a mile. Oh by the way, the ocean waters were exquisite and outstanding snorkeling begins a few yards off the beach, plus incredible fishing on one of the worlds largest barrier reefs, just a couple hundred yards offshore. I cannot say enough about this secluded piece of paradise. My family more than loved it, and we're planning to go back. A one hour flight from West Palm Beach and 30 minute boat ride was all it took to get there. This place is exquisite, convenient, wonderful, and beautiful. You will be hard pressed to find something that even remotely compares to it. Thank you Mark for creating such an exceptional place in paradise.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My extended family and I just spent a week @ your house and to say the least, we thought it was perfect. Everything was well thought out and absolutely stunning. Perfect house for large families.
