Largest Unit in the building (1,681 sq ft excl lanai). The large living area on the first floor is separated from the 3 bedrooms on the second floor.
A very short walk to Popiu Beach Park or to the Hyatt Beach. A 3 minute drive to Poipu Bay Golf Course and 5 minute drive to Kiahuna Golf Course.
Very large kitchen, as well as all the bathrooms were remodeled in Nov 2008. All beautiful granite counter tops. Brand new Bedroom Furniture Jan 2010. New Flat screen TV's in all rooms and HD in the Living room (Jan 2010).
Our type of guest:
As this is our home away from home, we are only looking for people who want our type of accommodation and for families who want the space of a 3 bedroom condo.
We want guests who understand what value we provide with TV's in all rooms, updated condo and furniture on a regular basis, Internet connection etc.
We want people who want value, not necessarily the cheapest price.
Not our type of guest:
Price only shoppers. We are not the cheapest accommodation in the area because there are smaller units with fewer amenities and not as upgraded as our unit. If price is the KEY driver, then we are not the destination for such guests. Our unit accommodates 8 people, so if you are just 2 people looking for cheap accommodation, we are the wrong place.
