There is a gentle sloping 8 foot wide asphalt path down to lake with no steps from house. Located in huge quit cove on Lake Lanier, which opens to the "big water" of the lake. Has a large enclosed single slip party dock located on the desirable south side of the lake in Cumming, GA.
House is large enough to sleep up to 18 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. Has a large den with beautiful stone fireplace and two separate eating areas with enough to sit 14 people. There a full kitchen with all new appliances to include: refrigerator, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. New 50" plasma TV in den with HD cable and DVD player.
This home has been professionally decorated with a lodge feel and has all the accommodations any vacationer would want.

We stayed at this home last weekend and had a fabulous time. The house was very spacious and the ten of us never felt crowded. Everything was very clean and the house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms big. We enjoyed being outside also. The grounds are beautiful! The view from the large dock was amazing and the outside grill area was a perfect addition. We were able to dock our friends boat and 2 jet skiis. Our only complaint was that we couldnt get the water in the showers to get as hot as we liked. However, it was warm and not unbearable. (The water in the sinks did get quite hot though.) The owners were very accommodating and answered their cell when we called. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this home. My husband and I plan to be regulars! Thanks Kip and Kirk! We loved it!

My experience at this house was great. Myself and 5 of my friends rented this house for a weekend, and every single one of us were thoroughly impressed. It really did have a cabin/lodge feel that reminded us we we on a vacation. Many rooms with a large open living area. The pictures do not exactly do the house justice. Great outdoor grilling area too.
