Located along the Long Island Sound, this meticulously kept newly renovated cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Take in the spectacular water views from either of the cottages 2 decks. Take a stroll down the private beach pathway just 15 steps away from the cottage. The sunsets are magnificent here "oh and don't forget the wine" Stay till dark and watch the sky fill with stars. You can almost touch them.
Our cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. It offers a private enclosed outdoor shower and a large backyard. There is a lot to do on the north fork. Just minutes away are many wineries, antiquing, sightseeing and fine dining as well as casual. Summer is not the only season to stay at our cottage. Spring and fall are great as well. As many other cottages are not winterized ours is, featuring a gas fireplace. The fall is exceptionally beautiful. You can experience the changing of the leaves and the cool breezes.
Whether you choose spring, summer or fall, yours will be sure to return to ours.

Fabulous get away

My boyfriend and I spent the last week in August here, and loved every minute of it. The beach house is in pristine condition with central air, as well as cieling fans in case you prefer to forgoe the A.C. There are water views from every window, but the best part of the house is the outdoor deck/patio. The deck overlooks the sound, and is equipped with a new grill. If you prefer to dine out, there are plenty of restaurants to go to in the area too. If you love good seafood like I do, this is the place to be! The house is located in the heart of Long Island wine country, so we spent some time wine tasting.The owners were very accomodating and respondent to our questions. They were very easy to work with. The outdoor shower is great to rinse off after the beach, or to take a regular shower in. Love love love it! We mostly enjoyed walking on the beach and taking in the sunset with a bottle of wine. The stars are also beautiful at night!! We can't wait to return.

My husband and I, with our 2 small children (3 1/2 & 2) renting the cottage for a week. We truly enjoyed our time there. The house is adorable and immaculately kept. There is plenty to do in the area if you choose not to go to the beach everyday. Shopping and dining are close enough. A wonderful ice cream place just minutes away and let's not forget the beautiful wineries. Greenport is close enough to drive to for lunch or dinner. At night we sat on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoyed all the beautiful stars! We had an excellent time.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
