Just a 5 minute walk to Nauset Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, The Friendship House offers home away from home comfort for a small family or a couple, including those with pets.
A large bright kitchen is ready for the chef or simple fare. The cozy dining area adjoins the kitchen and off the dining area is the sun room for TV entertainment or listening to the surf when the wind comes off the ocean. The large living room has a fireplace, TV and stereo. An outdoor shower has hot and cold water, great after a day at the beach. Window AC's cool the entire home.
The Friendship House includes the main home, which is available for rent, a seperate dwelling adjoining the house and an apartment above a detached garage.
From this charming beach home enjoy all outdoor activities. Parking pass available for Nauset Beach and for Skaket Beach, with its long sandbars and numerous tidal pools, great fun for kids of all ages. Kayaks are available for exploring Nauset Inlet or one of the many ponds close by.
Beach necessities: towels, chairs, coolers, wind screens, etc..., are provided. Rent a surf board or bogie board and ride the waves at Nauset. If your family includes a dog or dogs, they are welcome as well. Off the rear deck is a small fenced in yard waiting for the vacationing pet. After dark gaze at ALL the stars, free from the cloud of light pollution.
The Friendship House is more than a summer rental, it is a home available to guests.
