Tree House is a single-family home with a guest cottage in an enclosed enclave which provides a tremendous amount of privacy.
The main house consists of one-queen sized bedroom with bath and sitting room with a view of the harbour on the second floor, a beautiful dining room, full kitchen and bathroom on the first. The guest cottage is a three-storied building which consists of two twin-sized bedrooms with a shared bath on the ground level (under the verandah), galley-style kitchen, queen-sized bedroom with adjoining bathroom, dining room, living room and a covered verahdah (576 square feet) on the first floor, one twin-sized bedroom and bath on the second floor and a small alcove overlooking the verandah.
The homes are decorated beautifully with beautiful colors that capture the wonderful flavor of Harbour Island. Beaches are a short golf cart ride away and town and shops a short walk away. The sunsets enjoyed on the verandah are magnificent and spectacular.
