This three bedroom - two and a half bath condominium, is the ultimate combination of comfort and style. It is the closest three bedroom McCloud condo. to the lake. It is extremely well decorated and furnished with special touches throughout. Along with the cozy atmosphere it provides various means of entertainment. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs there is a queen size pull out couch. There are TV's in all three bedrooms.
The McCloud complex is considered upscale with manicured lawns and a community hot tub and sauna. This condo has a one car garage and pleasant deck to sit out on and BBQ in the summer. Within a block of Incline Beach and the Hyatt Regency casino.
We are located approx 5 minutes from Diamond Peak. A great small sized family ski resort. We are located 15 minutes away from Mount Rose, an half hour from NorthStar and approx. 45 minutes to Squaw Valley, Heavenly, Sugar Bowl and Alpine Meadows.
There are two beatiful private beaches that are accessible while staying at the condo. One is Incline Beach (one block away) and the other is Burnt Cedar Beach. Both beaches have a play structure, lounge chairs, a life guard on duty during the summer and a snack bar. Burnt Cedar Beach also has a beautiful outdoor pool and kiddy pool. There is a daily charge for guests. There is also the Incline Village Recreation Center that has an indoor pool, work-out facility, that is also available with a minimal charge. Sand Harbor is a beautiful state beach located approx. 10 minutes away.
With regard to cleaning, there is a $139 cleaning fee as well as a 13% occupancy tax. For cleaning all we ask is that you take the trash out.
