My husband and I experienced a great week in the Gulf Shores area with this condo as our home base. The condo itself was well stocked and provided for our needs. We enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, and of course beach out front. The grounds were clean and well kept, and the security guard personable. Tammy also provided excellent input related to our pre trip planning. We wanted to go on a sunset sail and Tammy pointed us to a great company/individual to go with. Very helpful. Tammy is a fine individual to rent with. She is a quality individual who truly wants her renters to have a great time in the area while renting with her. We would definitely rent with her again.

We loved staying at this condo. It was in a very convenient location with a beautiful view. The beach was just a few short steps away. I wish that we could have spent longer at this condo, but we were filling a 2 night gap that was available. The boys enjoyed playing with all the sand toys that were in the condo and loved their room. Everything was neat and clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I actually had better nights sleep there than I do in my own bed. It was the perfect getaway for this family of 4. I would definitely return to this condo for another stay but would try to plan more in advance so that we can stay for a longer period of time. The previous 2 nights we stayed at the Econo Lodge in Foley which was directly across from the Tanger outlets. I highly recommend it also.

We had a wonderful time. One morning we saw a family of dolphins The most beautiful views as far as the eye can see. The condo was very clean and it has everything you need. Ms. Tammy is a super nice person you couldn't ask for a better owner. The pools are great and always clean. The security guards always greeted you with a smile and even when we left they told us to come back again. Just a great staff. We would stay here again. Keith & Barbara, Jake, Leann Winfield, Al Roll Tide!!!

Absolutely wonderful! The condo was so nice and the area was great! Tammy was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this propery to anyone. It made our vacation even better by knowing where we were staying was great location, had an awesome owner, and was a relaxing and fun place to be. Everything was very well kept. The condo itself was great, and so were the amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Amazing!

This is a very nice place to stay - so convenient to everything! Close to "the T", restaurants, right on the beautiful beach. Everything was spotless and comfortable; the beds were heavenlyl! Loved the view from the balcony - we spend a lot of time out there, especially with my parents who are elderly.

This is a nice, clean, quiet condo that comes with a very gracious and accomodating landlady who goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We sat on the balcony and experienced beautiful sunssets, watched the dolphins play and the pelicans fly by in formation. A great place to relax and unwind. Dick and Gerry

We had a wonderful vacation at your condo. The condo was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The pools were wonderful. Tammy is an excellent hostess! She made sure all our needs were met and was most accomodating! The covered parking was a plus and the pool was exceptional! Even with the oil, the view was breathtaking! Thanks alot for all the hospitality!

Great room, gulf views from balcony, and master bedroom. Perfect location, walk outside and immediately to the left, 3 miles of gulf state park uncrowded beaches, to the right, short walk to sea and suds, or pink pony pub. Right next to the fishing pier. Highly reccomend.

Amazing Stay, Gorgeous Views, Great Times!

We returned from the beach last night, and we miss Royal Palms already! The unit looks directly out over the Gulf, so much so, that from anywhere within the condo you can see the ocean. We enjoyed the balcony, and the fact that there were no highrises on the left side of this condo. The beach was pristine and uncrowded. The BEST thing of all for us was the indoor heated pool. With a 3 year old we were able to retreat to the indoor pool when the sunshine or the waves became overwhelming to her. The Royal Palms complex seems to be very family friendly and the common areas were extremely clean and well maintained. We look forward to another weekend getaway sometime soon! My husband and I had a WONDERFUL time at Gulf Shores,Alabama in October. Our condo was well decorated,clean and it had everything we wanted. We seen BEAUTIFUL sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. We even seen DOLPHINS playing from our balcony. Since my husband and I are walkers, we enjoyed long walks on the beach and the .9 mile walk each way to and from the "Shrimp Festival at the "T". The eating out and entertainment were all great. It was our third time to stay at Royal Palm and we'll be back! We saw the most magnificent sunsets of a lifetime. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I love the balcony view and privacy.It was a thrill to have Sting rays swimming by our feet and walking the deserted stretch of beach. Lots of privacy and good food at local restaurants. We will definitely return this year.
