From the front decks, you'll see the ocean and the sunrise. From the back decks and screened-in porch, you'll have unobstructed views of beautiful sunsets over the sound. And of course, Sea Oats abound on both sides!!!
This 3-bedroom (with an extra futon) house is second row in this quiet neighborhood, the ocean is just a small hop away. (you actually just follow a sandy path to the beach access...only a 75 feet walk!) The neighborhood also offers a community pool (perfect for the kids) and tennis courts...don't forget your racquet!
The large master bedroom is on the first floor with a private bath and jetted tub. It also features two walk-in closets and a screened in porch. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on this level.
The main living area is on the second floor has an open floor plan and leads to decks on both the ocean and sound sides of the house. The 3rd bedroom is located here and has 2 twin beds and another full bath.
