$100 a night/2 pers - $135 a night/3 or 4 pers - 3 night min (6% tax extra)
$700 a week/2 pers - $800 a week/3 or 4 pers - 7 night min (6% tax extra)
$300 damage/security refundable deposit required to hold reservation.
Reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Deposit is refunded only if cancellation is made more than 14 days before arrival.
Less 14 days, deposit is forfeited. Full balance due 7 days before arrival.
A one time cleaning fee of $50 is mandatory for all bookings.
