This home is perfect for a wonderful lake front getaway vacation for the entire family. We have four bedrooms, three are furnished with King beds. The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds which comfortably sleep 4 children. Plenty of room with over 2600 square feet of living space. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Stainless steel upgraded appliances, knotty aldor cabinets and trim wood floors and travertine tile and granite counters.. There are two family rooms with one used as a game / entertainment room with a TV and a pool table , There are two wrap around decks that have gorgeous breathtaking lake views.
Our home is nestled in the middle of many trees for a very private tranquil setting located in a quiet cove on Hayden lake. We are located just past the Clark house with only a short 5 minute drive around the lake from town. We have our own boat dock that accommodates a large boat and is great for sun bathing, fishing and a water slide. Bring your boat or jet ski's. Our cottage is furnished with everything you would need from games, movies, to dishes and linens etc..

Why the Owner Chose Hayden
This house has the best of everything. It is close to town, being clear across the lake would be an hour drive, but we are 10 to 15 minutes. However, when you are at the house on the lake, you feel like you are a million miles from everything. It is surrounded by big, beautiful trees and the view is outstanding. Hayden Lake is smaller than Coeur d'Alene Lake which gives us less congestion and noise. Just an easy 45 min drive from Spokane airport.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We can spend all day on the dock. We are right on the water with a beautiful new dock that has a slide off the side. Our cabin is located in the back of a cove which makes it very safe and quiet. The house is cozy yet spacious. It has the best appliances, wood floors, plush carpeting and comfortable beds to add to the surroundings.
15 minutes away, Art stores, restaurants, shopping, great downtown, events.

This is our vacation home, we love this lake and north Idaho. We know you will love it also. Bring your boat we have a great dock and the water sports here are fantastic. The cove we live on has a sand bar about 100 feet from shore which is an excellent place to teach people how to wakeboard or ski.

We stayed here for 9 days, our group had 9 and there was plenty of room. Great cove area of the lake our kids can't stop talking about it. The inside of the house was better than any pictures and the kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. Nice place to relax the cove and surronding trees made it so quiet. We can't wait to come back.

We just wrapped up our 10 day family vacation at this wonderful cottage on the lake. It is very well situated on the lake, easy access to town yet quiet and felt fairly secluded. The cottage itself is super comfortable, immediately felt like a home to us. The beds were amazing!!! My husband and I travel with a memory foam topper because we are so fussy about our sleeping surfaces but we didn't even take it out of its case! The other huge bonus of this property is the setup of the bedrooms and play areas. There is a separate building housing a TV, pool table or in our case just a comfy space for my 16 month old niece to romp around at 6 in the morning without waking the rest of the house ... it was so perfect! The decks all had gates on them so we could contain the baby easily so we could relax and fully enjoy our time. For those of us who can't completely "unplug" there was very fast internet connection as well a multiple large screen TV's with satellite (3 of the 4 bedrooms had their own TV). There is very little to no beach at this property however there is a very nice dock to hang out on with a slide off the end. You have to boat or swim out to a sand bar that is about 150 feet off the dock to find a nice sandy bottom and water that isn't weedy but this didn't feel like a hardship to us. Overall is was fabulous, a place we have all agreed we would love to return to. I highly recommend it!
