This single rental property features two houses, separated by a covered breezeway, to afford the utmost privacy to our guests. The one-story home boasts 3 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, plus a third bathroom, a full kitchen with every appliance imaginable plus a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably.
The two-story home has a very large master bedroom with a king-size bed, private balcony overlooking the ocean, and a full bath and family room downstairs. With room for eight people comfortably, it is impossible to find a better value in the area.
Most of one’s leisure time in Costa Rica is spent outdoors and this home is absolutely perfect in that regard as well. The decks, which contain plenty of high-quality wood chairs, are covered for protection from the sun which can be very strong at 9 degrees Latitude! All of these wonderful areas surround an absolutely beautiful fully tiled pool that is ideal for swimming or relaxing. Designed for water games or simply lounging with a cocktail, the pool is perfectly maintained at all times. When not in the pool, simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful mountain and ocean views while enjoying your favorite snack and cocktails.
The beauty of a mountain home in Playa Hermosa is that one can truly enjoy the best nature has to offer and yet be only a quick ten minute ride to the fun and excitement of Jaco, the world famous beach town. Whether it is excellent dining, the excitement of the night life or simply shopping for that great Costa Rican treasure, the town of Jaco cannot be beat. It’s crowded, it’s fun, it’s exciting … but it’s also a place to escape from to enjoy the true romantic, natural beauty that Costa Rica has to offer. What better place to escape than this wonderful home in Playa Hermosa that is just minutes from the beautiful beaches.
Top-of-the line furnishings, and satellite TV, makes everyone feel at home. Cooking will be fun with the magnificent barbeque area and every kitchen appliance one would expect. Of course both houses are fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room. In the unlikely event of a power outage this house has an auxiliary generator wired directly to the main electrical panel to ensure that life goes on, no matter what.
Our house manager will greet all guests and make sure they are comfortable with their vacation paradise. You will appreciate an American, who speaks Spanish fluently, to handle all of your questions and concerns!
Life will never be dull in Playa Hermosa! Everything is available locally, whether it’s a short trip to the magnificent national parks, in-shore or deep sea fishing, the incredible beaches and surfing, zip-lining through the rain forests or golfing at the incredible Los Suenos Marriott resort. A book containing all the information you will need, including our personal choices for restaurants and night clubs, will be at the house for your convenience.
As the student summer vacation period winds down, we have excellent availability and are offering special rates during the “green” season. Rental periods of a month or longer are available for this property and prices will be quoted on an individual basis based on time frame and availability. All weekly rental prices shown on this website are all-inclusive with no extra charges for taxes, cleaning fees, etc.
