Summerspell is a quaint complex of 30 condos located on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. You will be within a short walk or an easy drive of some of the area's finest restaurants, golf, unique shops, the region's largest outlet mall, fishing, and much, much more!! In Destin location is everything and Summerspell is an ideal vacation address.
Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit offering a queen size bed, two crew bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo was recently redecorated with personal touches to make it feel like home to our guests, making it unique to other rental units. Come visit and explore, you'll have a great time!!!

The condo was very clean and pictures did not do justice, very well maintained. Mike and Ruthie were very helpful with concerns and questions. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. Summerspell is very close to the outlet mall , would recommend Pompano Joes, wonderful food, it is within walking distance from Summerspell, We can not wait to come back!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it. Located in the middle of all the action, yet quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony is AHHHHmazing! The owner is very courteous and reasonable. We took our swim trunks and toothbrushes, but everything else is there. We were truly blessed to have the opportunity to stay here and we will definitely be back. Thanks for such a lovely stay this past spring break !! Your condo was great and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. DEFINITELY COLD !!! But the hot tub was a hit !!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The condo is a perfect get-away-spot for a family. The bed is comfy the rooms are beautifully decorated the location is great. Mike and Ruthie are easy to work with people who are straight forward.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We require a security/damage deposit when booking. That deposit may vary depending on time of year, special event time periods, or number of people occupying the condo. Any cost to repair damage done to the condo can be withheld from the deposit. Typically the entire deposit is returned within 7-10 days from departure. Full payment of rent is required 30 days in advance of arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Total Occupancy tax for the region is 12% and cleaning fees are $75. These costs are in addition to the quoted rental.

About the owner: Summerspell 202 is owned by Ruthie and Mike Wilson for the past 12 years. We live in the Northern Kentucky area near Cincinnati, Ohio. We continually update the condo and in 2012 added a new king size bed, recliner, sofa, flat screen TV and carpet in bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.
