The spacious 1500 sq, ft. upper floor is the perfect beach and country getaway that has a large living room with attached viewing porch,a large king ensuite bedroom,a queen ensuite bedroom with an enclosed sleeping porch with 2 additional queen size beds that is like a seperate bedroom.(Sleeps 6 comfortably) In addition there is a full kitchen which leads to a 500 sq. ft outside dining and sunset deck . Overlooking the warmest swimming beach north of San Diego with summer water temperatures 70-80F and in the very rural and safe setting of Point Roberts.
Point Roberts is connected to Tsawwassen Canada with a 24/7 border.Border waits are usually a short 5 minutes that adds safety.Vancouver, BC, Canada was voted the number 1 city in North America and will host the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Feb 2010 and Paralympics in March 2010.
Maple Beach House was built in 1922 but has recently been completely renovated retaining the original craftsman details and fir floors while adding new ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms, new windows and a full kitchen.
