Ground area between patio & water for recreational volleyball and other outdoor games. Patio completely furnished with outdoor furniture. Fishing can be done by Townhouse. Enjoy the view and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Launch your watercraft and pull it right up to the bulkhead in front of townhouse for convenient access for skiing, fishing, and other water activities.
Townhouse faces East with shade trees in front. Street in front of townhouse is a Cul de Sac with limited traffic.
Area swimming pool nearby and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and other activities in the area.
