  This home more than exceeded our expectations! We came out to run the Oak Bay Half Marathon and enjoyed the close proximity to everything we needed. We also greatly appreciated the jacuzzi tub after our run!!! We had a group of 6 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the home and it's many amenities. We enjoyed waking up each morning to see the deer walking through the backyard and the many trails close by. We have recommended this home to all of our friends and hope to stay there again when we visit Victoria. :)

  What a beautiful home to vacation in. It looked even better than the pictures. The place was perfect for our group. We had starter supplies of almost everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The weather was perfect, the surroundings serene. We had occasional sightings of deers in the woods. So close to our places of interest. The owners have been extremely helpful with our every need. The place was pristine and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

  what a beautiful location. and very comfortable too. we stayed a week and did not want to leave. the owner left directions to nearest stores for grocerys. that was a big help as i had young and old members in my party. i found the property accomadated all ages well. my 10 year old daughter was well catered for with books, toys, dvd's ect. next time must be two weeks i think.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Fantastic family holiday/reunion. Families meeting from Australia and England. We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Lots of lovely toys for the children to play with. Many thanks for letting us stay. Hopefully we shall be back again.

  This was the ideal accommodation to cater for our family reunion, 6 adults and 3 children meeting up and cousins meeting for the first time. We all had our own space, Grandparents in the Master suite, son and family from Australia in double bedroom and twin bedded room with their own bathroom and our daughter and family flying with us from England shared the lower level which was a self contained unit but had stairs up to the main floor which meant we could all share the living space. The home was well kitted out with everything we needed, including complimentary teas and coffee. It was central to all the places we visited, with lovely walks on the doorstep. The toy cupboard was a great success with our grandchildren, so many toys, books, games and video's to choose from. They also loved their nightly baths in the jacuzzi. This is a holiday we shall all remember, there is so much to see and do and lots of nice eating houses to choose from. The owners have put a lot of thought and interest into this lovely home, they also made us feel most welcome. Would definately go back again. Many thanks for letting us stay.

  We had a very nice stay in your house. Everything was great! A nice tranquil setting. The kids enjoyed the movies, games and access to wild life. We would reccommend this place to our friends.

  We all enjoyed our stay at your beautiful house. The accommodation was very comfortable for 7 adults. The view from the patio was restful and we enjoyd watching the wild life, including deer, squirrels and birds. Thanks from all of us.

  We enjoyed staying in your studio suite.We found it to be comfortable. We enjoyed being your first tenants and we hope to be able to come back again in the years to come.Its quite different seeing the Dayliner go by daily and having the local transit so close. We really liked the time we spent in Victoria, there is so much to see and do. God willing we will be back.. Gordon & Alice

  Staying at your suite in December made the two week visit with our two daughters, sons-in-law and five grandchildren a Christmas to always remeber. The suite was so comfortable, clean and quiet and provided us with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the BBQ on the patio and entertained both families with BBQ'd chicken and hamburgers. It would be even more enjoyable when the weather is a bit warmer and everyone could sit out on the patio. The scenery from the walkout patio is so restful and quiet with tall spruce trees, a walkway along the stream and birds and squirrels everywhere. We have already booked a return visit in June and will highly recommend your property to our friends here at home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
