6, Rue des Belges, located 120 meters from the Festival Palace, the Croisette, the beaches and Rue d'Antibes, is in one of the oldest small buildings downtown Cannes. It is refurbished after 2005 and again refurbished in 2010 with thoroughly modern finishing, decorations and furnishing . Our 70 sqm apartment is on the first floor without a lift, facing southeast onto the street.
The apartment is very well shielded from street noise and the bedrooms located at the back of the apartment afford quiet nights.
The Blue bedroom of 20 m2 has king size double bed that may be turned into two single beds and en suite bath room with tub, wc and nook with clothes washer / drier. The Green bedroom of 20 m2 has king size double bed that may be turned into two single beds and en suite shower room with wc. Ample storage space. There are two sofas in the living room of which one may be converted into a double bed sleeping two.
Tastefully furnished with wrought iron and glass dining table and chairs for 4-6 persons. American-style kitchen open to the living room with kitchen counter in grey polished marble equipped with electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and efficient ventilator. Glassware and dishes in Provencal style.
Independent air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and living room / kitchen.
Metered parking available in the street. Free and easily available from late evening until 8 AM, otherwise in public parking underneath the Festival Palace.

Hello Harald, I wanted to write to you and thank you for your help in preparing everything for Mr. T..... and the group that stayed in Cannes. They loved it and really enjoyed their stay in your apartment. They told me everything was perfect! This is why they are interested in returning next year for the Cannes Lions Festival.
