  HKR Management is top notch! My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in two furnished apartments owned by HKR back-to-back summers (5 month stays) and both experiences were wonderful. The apartments are kept in great condition and if there are any questions or issues, HKR's response is extremely timely. I have recommended the apartments to family, friends, and colleagues, and have zero doubt if we are ever back in the area, we will contact HKR for ourselves! Thank you!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  HKR Management was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Dealing with new apartments can be a daunting process, but they really took the edge off everything and made staying in affordable, corporate housing an easy task. The apartment was well-furnished and made living in Hoboken a pleasure; the rent was also very reasonable. I would certainly work with HKR management again.

  I rented a lovely apartment on Garden Street from HKR Management about a year ago. The apartment was clean, the landlords were friendly, supportive and responsive to any requests. Moreover, they made it nice and easy to organise the rental remotely (I was visiting from overseas for 3 months) and were understanding to delays due to being in another country. I've recommended them to a few colleagues who have travelled to Hoboken since then and would certainly get in touch with them next time I need accommodation there. M.I.
