Take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you will find your own private front porch area with a glider for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of Northwest Florida.
As you enter into this 2,450 square foot one level condo you will notice the stunning views, lovely décor, and original artwork. The spacious living room has an over sized down-filled sofa perfect for watching the large flat screen TV or taking is quite time while gazing at the view. Download pictures of your trip from the nice built in desk or pick games from the game station for additional fun with friends and family. The dining area seats six comfortably, plus four additional people can enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar. The well equipped kitchen had stainless steel Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar to spread out all the goodies that you have prepared. The master suite a relaxing sitting area with day bed. Enjoy the amazing lake and gulf views off of the private entrance to the balcony. The extra large master bath has his/hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom with gulf views and private bath. The third bedroom has a twin and double bed with private bath. Compass Point has two community pools; one with coastal dune lake and gulf views perfect for a day of lounging. The community offers a second pool, complete with a poolside grill. Nearby Watersound Café serves delicious breakfasts and lunches. Kayak rentals are available on the property for you to stroll around the water and take in the striking scenery. If you want to wander around the community bike rentals are also offered.
Watersound is nestled into one of the last remaining dune preserves along the Gulf corridor and between two rare coastal dune lakes. Walton County press claims that the coastal dune lakes found along 30-A occur on only one other place on the planet, Africa. The beaches are absolutely some of the most beautiful in the world, and rated a Certified Blue Wave Beach.
Compass Point is located minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach with dining, shopping, concerts, wine bars, so much to see and do!
